"Very happy with your towing an protecting my belongings Very Clean Place easy to get to ur vehicle an highly protected Thank You"
"I called to have a transit van towed and he was incredibly rude to me. He had no interest in working with me and gave me a huge attitude! I finally got tired of it and said that I'd pass so he hung up on me."
"The truck was in an accident, and they towed it. It was there 3 weeks because police had a hold until the investigation was complete. I could not get my personal items and license plate. The claim adjuster called me to let me know when the police hold was done. I went there and waited after a while. I called again and had to go to a different office place further in the building. It was annoying, but I did get the items I needed. The staff is nice and helpful."
"Was relatively easy to find the main office/shop, along with the tow yard. But when it came to entering & especially leaving the yard lol, boy oh boy were those interesting experiences. They have a massive "automatic" gate to enter the yard, which we waited a good 6-8 minutes until it opened. Not really a big deal whatsoever, but when we attempted to leave, no less than 20-25 minutes of thumb twirling while we sat & waited. After 15 minutes I Ended up calling the main office/shop asking how to get the gate to open, and dude on the other end laughed telling me he's gotta open it for us and then hung up. 10 minutes later someone showed up to manually type a code in to let us out. Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional if you ask me."
"I tried to get my personal belongings out of my car that was totaled. The employee named Danny who was sitting on his motorcycle, obviously doing nothing....said they were closed and come back tomorrow. He was extremely rude and disrespectful! Unfortunately I did not have a choice of where my car was towed. It is stressful enough being in a car accident and having your car totaled. Being spoken to and treated that was wS added stress that wasn't necessary. When I went back the next day the other employees were very friendly and helpful. Was is that hard to kindly explain that my car was at a different location."
