"I work in this mall at one of the many restaurants here. After a rough day where I forgot my keys at my job after work, I decided to stop by Deer Creek for some wine. Immediately, I enter with a bang and accidentally knock over one of the wine glasses on display. Irania, the cashier working at the time, was very sweet about it and said I didn't have to pay for it. She offered me a few suggestions to try and I bought one of them, the grandma's apple pie Very good! Anyway, I pay for my three bottles of wine that I will certainly be drinking alone, Irania signs me up for your rewards program and is very nice while listening to me recount my bad day. And of course, I leave my wallet there on accident. She kept it safe for me while I walked back to the mall for a third time due to my own stupidity. Irania, babe, you deserve a raise for putting up with me! Thanks for the good wine and the patience."
"Drove all the way there from WV to grab a few bottles of my favorite seasonal wine. Grabbed the two bottles I wanted, the salesman was packing up my wine while talking to another customer and must have put the wrong bottles in my bag. Got home and noticed it wasn't the correct wine. Called, and was told to drive all the way back to switch them out... I would pay more in gas. Nobody seemed to care, definitely lost a customer. Please do better. What makes it better is the bottles he swapped them with were terrible."
"Love to stop in when shopping, especially during happy hour! Had a great mixed wine drink called White Out on special for 2.00 and bought one I sampled called Citrus Grove. Yummy!!"
"John, the store manager was knowledgeable and friendly. He showed me some unique twists on the dry reds I usually purchase elsewhere. He explained their characteristics and showed me some infusions of wines with other flavors of things I love, including espresso and citrus. I will definitely return to Deer Creek Winery because of their exceptional employees."
