Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

"When we arrived at Urban Air park in Lancaster it was very busy with a big group. There were some issues with line cutting, etc. We talked to the managers and they were very understanding and even took the time to watch what was going on themselves before addressing anything. They spoke to the group and we had no issues after that. We really appreciated their patience and professionalism. I didn’t catch the first managers name, but I spoke with Priscilla before we left to tell them thank you for everything! It was a 2.5 hour drive, but because of how great it was, we will definitely go back again!"

"it was an amazing experience!! Staff were very sweet and helpful! and the Go carts was fun. I would really recommend to you guys. There is stuff like laser tag, Zip line, Trampolines, basketball, Obstacles, and a LOT more. There is a Cafe and they serve Icee’s! I believe that on the weekends it’s more busy! If you buy tickets online it’s more cheep! When you play laser tag make sure to hit the players lights on their vest."

"Super cool, perfect for birthday parties, or to spend a fun time with the kids. Family friendly place for all. Safe and affordable. We loved the go carts and jumping activities. There’s also arcade and other games. Excellent customer service. Recommended."

"This park is great for older kids with lots of activities. The main attraction (go carts) can be an extremely long wait, sometimes in excess of 30 minutes during busy times. This also goes for some of the other attractions like the zipline and ropes course. I arrived with my family for our first visit during my daughter's birthday party. We were fortunate that the park was not busy, even for a Saturday, at 11:30am. The park gets very busy in the afternoon and leads to long wait times. If you plan to book a party, do so in the early hours of the day so the kids can try everything without long waits. Also of note for adults, any attractions with harnesses have a 230lb weight limit with other attractions having a 250lb weight limit. Go karts are fun, but for moderately overweight adults (230-250) trying to share a ride with a child, be prepared for an uncomfortable ride as a passenger since the seats are designed for standard size humans. Kids can have in-house booster seats and pedal extensions to help them drive. This park is more expensive than the local competition for parties, but the staff and hosts are friendly and accommodating."

"Such an awesome place!! My child was invited here to a birthday party and it was our first time (not our last) here! I had gotten the impression it was for older kids like 8+, but I was surprised how many things there was for our group of 5-6 year olds. Check-in was definitely a different experience but fairly easy to figure out, and the employees were so friendly. I thought the party decks with the slide was especially awesome. My child had fun and it was a great experience! It was super busy on a Saturday (no duh) and unless your child was over 12 I’d definitely follow them around just to keep an eye."
