Reviews of CADENCE+ Cellars Speakeasy
"If you know you know, cadence is the spot to go! Ambience, service, quality, all here at this “speakeasy” came in for some drinks during tequila week, bartenders Claud & Brendan were exceptionally knowledgeable of the menu and truly made my whole experience memorable!! Def. a comeback spot! Ask them about the convicted melon, it would be a crime not to!"
"We had our rehearsal dinner in "Jelly's Room" at Cadence, and it was absolutely perfect. The room was a perfect size for our party of 22. The space is very unique and cool. My husband and I have always been fans of the restaurant/ bar, and were very excited to host our event here, and they did not disappoint. The catering menu is really great, and provides lots of options. The food we ordered was so good; all our guests raved about it. We did a small buffet style dinner, starting with apps, then about 45 min later they swapped out the apps for the entree choices. The best part about Cadence, though, is their cocktails. They are unique, well thought out, and well balanced. They also feature classic prohibition era cocktails (thus the speakeasy theme) that are extremely well done. We all enjoyed each drink we had. Meg helped us finalize details, and she was great to work with. She was very organized and responsive. I felt very confident with everything and knew I was in good hands. She had great attention to detail and everything went as we had anticipated."
"I love speakeasy’s and this one was a nice one to go to in Pittsburgh. It was located in a bike shop with an elevator that takes you down to the speakeasy. Everything was on point from the look, to the feel, to even how the staff treats you. This is a must see in Pittsburgh for sure."
"First time here. Came for brunch and was not disappointed with what I ordered. Portions were huge and well priced. The only disappointment came with our server. It wasn't busy at all but yet it took her a good 10 minutes before she took our order and did not make it a point to check in on us after are food arrived."
"Enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Cadence last night. We tried several drinks off the new cocktail menu and the spritz was our favorite. Both of us adored the Cesar salad and would return just for that. My date ordered the Strip steak and I had the lamb. Both of us took leftovers home due to the generous portions. The texture of the risotto seemed slightly off but the flavor was on point, otherwise this review would have gotten full marks."
