"I paid for 8 high float balloons. Only received 7 balloons. (My husband picked them up, or I would have counted prior to leaving.) One balloon made it one hour from pick up. It’s the balloon pictured on the ground. This is the second time I’ve had issues with “high float” balloons that should last 24 hours. I’m not sure if they’re blowing them up the night before, but they aren’t lasting through the event."
