"Went in there twice, two days in a row to look at mattresses and tables and wasn't offered any assistance or even approached. Finally asked for help, got a guy that didn't seem to know about their products and yelled across the store to another guy about if he knew anything, and neither did. So we left and gave our business to Dave's Discount Furniture and Ashley's Home Furniture. Very happy that we passed on purchasing from American Freight, definitely bad vibes."

"WORST placement to ever order furniture from. Delivery guys were very simple minded didn’t even want to attempt to do there job and I paid for delivery. Had to return to the building next day only to find out I had to get something else that wasn’t worth the money or switch and couldn’t get delivery until Wednesday but yet they stand on “same day delivery” and to top it all off it took all day for the couch to be delivered, I definitely wasn’t an priority nor important enough to make sure I was a satisfied customer. And the guys at the shop were no better I will NEVER shop/buy from here again. I could give 0 starts I would, I hope that these guys learn better skills when it comes to dealing with customers."
