"FRONT DESK girl (working at midday on sunday) was extremely rude as soon as I walked in , and then proceeded to charge me $10 extra dollars than the advertised price when i was leaving. massage was bad but i still tipped $13 to the women on an advertised $39 massage (for which i was charged $49). I wish I had read the reviews about them trying to upcharge you because I’m clearly not their first victim. I wanted to hand the tip directly to my masseuse but the front desk girl tried to stop me. I told her that the price was not as advertised after I paid and she laughed at me and then proceeded to follow me out the door as i was leaving and slam it behind me. avoid!!! edit:: Id love the video if you could sent it over because this is not what occurred, I was the only client followed out the door and she absolutely slammed it behind me. this could be great video to share online, a scam massage spot with a horrible attitude!"

"One of the worst massages. The person that answers the phone is the same at the reception - extremely rude and unprofessional. And they pressure you to give a 20% tip. You should tip based on the experience you have. It should not be mandatory. Save your time and money. What a waste! Edit to respond to the response: What is customary is paying a tip and the amount is based on how well you liked the service. The massage was horrible and I was still forced to give 20%. There’s nothing customary about that. The rude girl booking the appts should tell people ahead of time that they’ll be subject to a 20% “tip” whether they like the massage or not."

"Wow just wow. I needed a good deep tissue massage and came here after some research. They were open late and had a $39 offer for a one hour full body massage. Paul was my therapist and he was great. He worked on most of the knots I had, he used hot stones and hot towels. They offer foot reflexology and private divided rooms for comfort. I was able to hear people talking in the other rooms but overall was nice with the relaxing music. Definitely recommend for price."
