"I hired HLS as my contractor to complete a multitude of projects during our new home construction. Garrett provides excavation, landscape and paving services (to name a few) at great quality and affordable pricing. During our initial consultation, Garrett came out to the job site and evaluated our needs by asking questions and providing input on best practices. He approached all concerns with care and expertise. As notated in the images, he completed the following work for us: 1. Stripping of top soil and creating a house pad to allow for appropriate water run off. 2. A construction driveway for access per the builders requirements. 3. Over 40 loads of premium top soil controlled and placed properly (something that was not completed prior to us purchasing this property) as this is extremely important for those that may be unaware 4. Installation of all utility laterals (sewage, electric, water) 5. Final grading at the completion of our new construction build. 6. Paved blacktop driveway with appropriate base and top coat for longevity. 7. Preparation and seeding of a new lawn post build. During the entire process, which spanned approximately 9 months (I needed him intermittently during the build phases), he completed all work on time, showed up as he said he would and most of all explained processes and made us aware and comfortable throughout each phase of completion.
