"My grandson Milhan is going to have to go for treatment, he should have it for 2 and a half months, are there any apartments near the hospital. Thank you so much"
"I can’t stress enough how amazing this facility is. I bring a family member in for treatment, and the staff is so compassionate and helpful from the moment you pull your car up to the building and through the visit. Beyond that, the facility is state-of-the-art. In the face of a scary prognosis, it means a lot when doctors, nurses, and other building staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable and confident in the quality of care you’re receiving."
"Simply incredible and life saving. Thank you to all the staff and technicians at UPenn, truly world class."
"So why does your center find it acceptable to cancel a patients proton therapy because one of your machines is down? Roberts proton therapy doctors and staff are making a great salary. The treatments are very costly. A client has their final treatment date etched in their mind. Through no fault of the staff, the machine goes down. Also...not the fault of the client. Roberts owns the machine. It is up to Roberts center to find a solution that doesn't affect the patient. Is it too much to ask that staff works overtime to get every client their treatment? Why should somebody that drives miles for their treatment be told to turn around and go home because a machine is down. Why is the patient paying the price for non-functioning equipment. It makes one wonder how well the machine is working when it is in working condition. You are earning a bad reputation. Be professional. Fix the problem. Keep your good name."
"State of the art facility."
