"Look elsewhere, many other ranges with better staff, prices, and ranges. Overpriced guns and ammo and lackluster range. The only redeeming quality of this place is the friendly and helpful range officers. The customer service staff are rude and unhelpful. This is the second time out of two recent trips where the older aged staff members have made odd off-color remarks. The first time an old woman implied that me and the older gentleman I came to shoot with were in a relationship and that our age difference was strange (spoiler: it was my father, a lifelong military veteran) Today the old man at the range counter asked me if I was related to a famous painter and then said he hopes my family tree isn't a straight line (implying that I'm inbred for some odd unknown reason). He also stated that green tip ammo shouldn't be sold, so this place is not very 2A friendly. Will not be returning."

"While the employees are polite and the range is pretty good, Keystone doesn't excel at being a gun store. From refusing to do outbound rifle transfers to having wait times on transfers, and having a limited inventory relative to their store size, I can't recommend giving them your business unless you are going to their range. "I recently visited the range while on a trip to Pittsburgh. Being from Canada, I wanted to do some shooting while in the US, and this range was great. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, and had a great selection of rifles to rent that we can’t get here in Canada. Pricing was amazing compared to ranges here in Canada. So good that I visited the range twice during my stay! If im back in the area in the future, I’ll definitely be back."
