"Online order since that was all they were taking, or kiosk orders, and it took over 20 minutes. Only 1 person ahead of me inside. Then she gives me the wrong drink. I ordered a hot mocha and received a mocha Frappuccino. Since I was now running late, and she had disappeared, I just left with it. Week before my spouse was late to work because it took over 20 minutes to go through drive-thru."

"I never take the time to review McDonald’s bc it’s a “get what you get” kinda place for me but this particular McDonald’s is fan freakin tastic. I come every morning for a coffee, sometimes more. Always use the drive thru and the staff is always so friendly and like.. not annoyed to be at work. I look forward to my morning coffee bc of the kindness! Also the coffee is delicious. I think better than starbees"

"Long line at drive through. Didn't have the item I wanted reddy. My beverage cup had the whip cream and chocolate shake spill onto the top so it ran down the cup. Chocolate shake tasted like strawberry first then it did not taste like chocolate. More like a vanilla shake. The apple pies were both broken in the middle so lost 1/2 of it as it fell to my car floor. The 1/4 pounder with cheese was the only good thing."

"Service was slow. Asked the nice gentleman out in the dining area if he could check on our food. He did and brought it out to us. Overall not bad."

"This McDonalds is consistently horrible. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to staff shortages and young employees, but I’m even more disappointed every time I stop there. Plan to wait at least 30 minutes in the drive thru every time you go. When I finally arrived at the drive through window, I watched about 8 under age teens ignore me for about 10-15 additional minutes while at least one of them VAPED inside. When the window was finally opened, there was no hello or apology. The young man basically grunted and threw the bag at me, which had been sitting on the counter the entire time. My food was incorrect, a mess, and very cold! Please save yourself time and do not go to this location. They are awful and they don’t care."
