"One of the worst experiences I have had with a medical professional. I was running 10 minutes late to my appointment so I called ahead to let them know and to see if the doctor was on schedule or not. I was told that he was running behind and put on hold to see whether or not the doctor would see me. I arrived while I was on hold and took the paper to fill it out while the receptionists checked with the doctor. As I was filling out my paperwork another patient arrived who was also scheduled to see Dr. Bahl at the same time I was scheduled to see him. I continued to fill out my paperwork until I was called to the window and told that he absolutely would not see me as he has a strict policy with regard to late appointments. I expected this response as I heard the doctor shouting at his staff members from behind the reception window. After a moment, the receptionist politely asked me if I wanted to reschedule and apologized for canceling my appointment as I mentioned that the late policy seemed unfairly applied and that I would not be rescheduling. The receptionists seemed pleasant, but I am grateful I did not meet with this doctor."
