"Spent years with Verizon: too expensive and spotty internet/cable, which they could never solve. Switched to TMobile 8 months ago and haven't had a single internet problem. The service at this store is great! (Sadly, can't say the same for their foreign online customer service.) I had billing issues that took hours to resolve. Thomas and Jay were the best: patient and knowledgeable."

"Way less then a a quick and easy experience for my family the worker basically lied to our faces we asked for the protection plan for a singular phone and he put it on all phones when we specifically asked for it to be put on one phone. Also we asked to make the primary phone for the plan to be my father phones and it was put as mine.lastly they forgot to the Hulu and Netflix accounts to our plan. Overall the experiences with the store was very poor and the customer service of T-Mobile is also very lack luster"

"I came in earlier today and spoke with questions about upgrading my line. They worked so hard on finding me the best deal. I ended up leaving and coming back in at 7:40, 20 minutes before they closed. Kyle and Jayden were absolutely awesome. They stayed late to hook me up with my new phone, a new case, transferred everything for me, and dealt with me and my 3 kids the entire time. I have never met such cool, friendly, personable, and knowledgeable employees. Again, absolutely amazing employees. 5 stars and they deserve a raise and a bonus- these men work! They were busy the entire time, juggling customers, and as I said before, my 3 wildlings. Their mamas and their upper management should be so proud to have these 2 representing T-Mobile. If you go in, ask for these guys. They know their stuff!"
