"I only was advised of my appt through the app. No one from the office even called to inform me of my appt on 7/1 at 8:30am. Arrived at 8:15 only to be informed that my appt was the following Monday and they could not see me. I provided them with a screen shot from their app showing my appt was today and advised they needed to see me as I called out of work and traveled all the way over there. They went on to say the schedule was full and they would have to move patients around to squeeze me in. I don’t know how i am being squeezed in when I am the first appt of the day. Waited 45 min all for them to put me on the schedule with a NP I’ve never met or has no knowledge of my medical history. Completed disgusted with the staff and their lack of courtesy ownership for their mistake. Not coming back!"
"after 15 minutes on the phone setting up appointment only to be told she will only see patients from an hospital discharge absolutely ridiculous"
"After waiting 6 months for an appointment, I show up at 501 Seaview Ave, only to be told that he is now at 1100 South Ave. But he is not at 1100 South Ave, he is at 1110 South Ave! By the time I find the office I am told that I am late and cannot be seen, please reschedule. You can’t made this stuff up. I did eventually see the doctor. MRI, EKG, Cat scans. No diagnosis, no treatment. Just confusion and concerns. Phone calls not returned. I am looking for a new doctor"
"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terribly run office with a terrible attitude, when they’re the ones who can’t get it together. First, I booked my original appointment and they gave me 7 months out. I don’t know why they think they couldn’t see me for 7 months when they don’t keep patient’s appointments anyway. I come in on that date, 7 months later, only to be told my appointment was pushed back and they “left me a voicemail”. I know how to use my phone, I searched and searched, no voicemail was left. Anyway, I ALWAYS answer my phone unless its 4am and I’m sleeping so I know that was a lie. I accepted anyway and was very understanding and kind while they wrote down the new appointment they had chosen FOR me. Because even if they had rescheduled me and left a voicemail, don’t you think patients have jobs to book their appointments around and might want a say in the new appointment? Not this office. I took my new appointment card and left, waiting for the new date, 3 months later. The day before my new appointment I still hadn’t received a confirmation call, and learning my lesson the first time that they like to just rebook your appointment without notifying you, I called the office. Only to be told I had been rescheduled again. This time, rightfully so I was fed up. I told her what the office had done to me already and said, “don’t you think you should have notified me?” The girl on the other end had the AUDACITY to tell me not to have an attitude with her. I said, I think that’s a totally justifiable question after my experience there. She then proceeded to tell me they left me a voicemail. I told her that they need to have an office meeting because whoever is “leaving these voicemails” is lying. Not only would I have not missed both their phone calls, my phone wouldn’t magically reject both voicemails they claim to have left. AWFUL, go anywhere else but here unless your time isn’t important to you. They’re nasty and they lie. I have never had such a horrible experience at a doctor’s office."
"No one here cares about patients. They used to be good when Dr. Samara was there, but she left abruptly without notice to any patients and you can’t get an appointment. They also give you appointments that are ridiculously far in advance. Months and months away, then they cancel last minute and will not give another appointment within a reasonable time. They do not give reasons for the cancellation either. I had back to back cancellations without cause. They took on too many patients and will not give you the necessary care that someone with a serious disease needs. Do yourself a favor stay away and find a doctor that cares."
