"The PA I saw was nice enough, but the front office staff is awful. It was always extremely difficult for me to get a hold of anyone in situations where I needed to cancel or change an appointment, which is vital to avoid any cancellation fees. I brought this up to the front office lady one day after I had to drive up there in order to get in contact with them, and she was beyond rude. Didn’t offer any help, was just very defensive and rude the whole time; and none of them were on the phone when I got there, however I was still on hold. They were all talking amongst themselves. Not the way a front office staff should be treating the Dr’s patients at the Dr’s practice. I really wish I could remember her name but she is the one who is always at the front window. I stopped going because of her and the rest of the office staff."
"I have been going to this place for a few years. Every single time has always been a long wait but that wasn’t my main issue. This place will try to charge you $50 cancellation fee without informing you for your upcoming appointments. Spoke to their “billing department” which they need some training on customer service since they severely lack in that department. I tried to give them some feedback but of course they kept ignoring and try to charge me $50 fee. Horrible customer service. I do like Dr. Hudson, but the rest of the staff and their billing department are a complete joke. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. You can find better practices in the area. Congrats on losing a loyal client, it doesn’t matter what paper you sign. Since they like to text clients about upcoming appointments, You need to always inform your clients on the cancellation fee in your message. Especially on the phone when you’re rescheduling. Terrible place and bad services."

"Recently started coming here and seeing Jackie (she has been great so far). I’ve been doing televisits the last couple of times because the office is 1 hour away from me. Then tried rescheduling an appointment because I needed to do my blood work and they told me I had to change doctors. Front desk employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Joselyn would not let me speak with Jackie directly or her assistant, just told me they wouldn’t be able to help me. I called Jackie’s assistant and she told me the previous girl had put me as inactive on the system. After spending over 1 hour on the phone on hold on and off, I was told I was able to continue seeing Jackie on televisits, and was transferred to reschedule my appointment, just to be told again that I would have to see a different doctor and if I want my records I have to pay $1 per page because they cannot email or fax them to me. Terrible practice."
