"We had 2 mirrors and 2 shower doors installed. 3 out of the 4 are beautiful. I called about the one shower door hanging over the top of the fiberglass on the left side. Despite their advertisement on their website, describing how they strive for customer satisfaction and they have great communication with their clients, that did not happen for us. They were very defensive and argumentative when I called to discuss. ABC argued that the degree of mismatch height is within acceptable limits. I expected superior quality as per their website. If you expect mediocre work, you will get it. In addition, we elected to pay extra to have the glass delivered before the doors but they couldn't keep that promise either. This isn't resolved yet, so I am hoping they come up with a reasonable solution. So far, they said I can pay for a brand new custom door and they accept no responsibility for this, as most customers do not complain about the discrepancy in door/tub height. I'm most upset that they did not communicate with me ahead of time that it would look abnormal (they knew ahead of time that there was going to be a height misalignment). If they had communicated, I could have made the decision to either 1. Reset the tub, 2. Order a custom door, 3. Adjust the header, or 4. Stick with a curtain rod. Now....we get what we get unless my contractor can come up with a fix to make it look better. Disappointed in Cabot, but hopeful they will still make this right somehow...."
