"I've used their survives 3x. The first time I had a slow leak in my tire, they got my car in right away. Removed the tire checked it put it back on, charged me $35.00. didn't fix the tire. The second time they did an inspection and some repairs( that I'm thankful for), but the cover for the battery was not replaced where it should have been, it was just set on top of the engine where it could have fallen into the engine and caused major damage. The last time I ran over a 3 in. Screw and again they got the car in quickly, this time fixed the tire, (that I was grateful for). But I found that $8.00 cash I had in the sun visor was missing."
"So far I'm very disappointed but have hi hopes to change my opinion upon completion of the work on my vehicle . Please stay tuned ?"
"I just bought a brand new vehicle and life happened... needless to say, Best Tire took care of me! WOW, the service was great! Nicole was prompt, efficient, fast, and understanding. She was so easy to work with, helping me with my insurance and the dealer considering my car was only three weeks old. Fran was super professional and helpful too! They made my experience effortless and handled everything. I didn't even have to call them, they called me with every update - I find this superb! I look forward to using them again in the future as my new shop! Thanks guys!"
"First of all, one of my friends spoke very highly of the owner, mechanics and their honest assessments and fair pricing. Due to health problems I had to reschedule my appointment several times. The receptionist was so kind and supportive. I mean, I can’t put into words how much that meant to me. Anyways, the mechanics and the boss did an excellent assessment of my car and told me the many issues there were. They never charged me a dime. Who does that? He even told me to keep in touch. They sell cars too. I need one in much better condition than mine."
"I would not recommend best wholesale tire. My wife's Acadia was taken to them because they were a "preferred" shop with our warranty company when we found out our motor blew up. They took forever and I mean forever to service the the car. They kept pushing back when the car would be done then after they did finish the engine replacement. There was a check engine light on. They scanned the codes and the way they decided to remedy the issue was to drive it around! Fran said it'll be fine and that to continue to drive it. A week later the car started stalling because of the issue. I took the car and had it scanned by the local auto parts store. Took it back and told them the problem and to fix it because this problem can destroy a motor because it's a common GM issue. Again they just drove it around. Fran said that it "ran better" than when he gave it back to us the first time. After I said no. He told me to bring it back in a week. Which we did and said that it's the sensors that were bad that regulate oil pressure and those were ones he knew about but wanted to charge an additional $500 to fix the issue. Which he said that that issue wouldn't hurt the brand new motor. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with their service."
