"Well, a good friend of mine, in Pittsburgh highly recommended your dealership, and specifically salesman Casey Doolittle to me, when I was becoming frustrated with condescending Toyota salesmen at various dealerships in Pittsburgh (I won’t name names)….While it WAS hard to wait SO LONG (2 months?) for my car, a Toyota Corolla Hybrid Cross, Casey was an excellent partner in the process, helping me to find a good way to CHANGE THE BLACK ROOF COLOR on the Acidic Blast model……(I did not want a contrasting roof color!)…..Casey was very well-informed on two different possible options for me….When we were thwarted with our first option, a vinyl wrap, he smoothly pivoted to having the Roth Mercedes Benz body shop do a FANTASTIC JOB of matching the paint on the roof and spoiler. The car is perfect. Casey was very personable, and fun/fine to deal with, answering my MANY questions and concerns along the way, before, during, and after my purchase……Every interaction I had with everyone at the dealership was pleasant.
