"This is a very busy, very popular chiropractic office. It's located in a convenient location in pleasant hills. I've been coming here for about six weeks for moderate neck issues. I've always been treated with kindness by the staff. I have more visits to go to help my issues, but I feel much better than before I started coming here. I really like that they take X-rays here. I'd be very cautious of anywhere that didn't. A treatment plan was presented to me at my second visit. This was definitely appreciated because my neck problem has developed over years, so obviously it's not going to be "fixed" in just a few visits. I would recommend this office to others. Dr. Bill knows what he is doing. I like that he brings his dog to work. I've been adjusted by Nick before as well, and he is good too. I also want to mention how wonderful Alyssa is... She is a very caring and intelligent individual. She has a lovely personality, and you can tell that she genuinely cares about people."
