"We purchased a washer and dryer from Highway, it was our first time shopping here, and I'm comparing it to Lowes because I've purchased from there before. -Highway has more employees on the floor, so there was no wait for service. -They Price Matched Lowes without issue including delivery and install. -Offered financing (but we didn't need it). Delivery: They had actually called and offered delivery 5 days earlier than we had said, but I kept my original date as I had some work to do before install. Two very professional looking employees showed up right at the beginning of my delivery window (Nick and Jordan). Installed, leveled, and test ran the appliances. Offered to show me how to use them (which I declined) and were very personable. They even mentioned any problems to call them directly, and they register the warranty through the store, a big contrast from dealing with other stores. I'll probably only buy from Highway going forward. Their main selling point is just better customer service, from buying to delivery. 10/10"

"Five stars all the way. I didn't buy my washer there,I bought it from a warehouse place. 13 days after warranty was out it broke. The warehouse said I was too far away for their technicians to service it. I walked into highway appliance and they were wonderful. Two techs were there in service department and said they were free to come right now because I'm close. Rick and his trainee Josh did a great job explained the problem and went out to service van too get the part. I was up and running in no time at all. Lesson learned for me, any new appliances I need will come from highway."

"My mother is getting her kitchen remodeled so we went here looking for a new stove. She needs it to be white so we needed to see a selection that offers it in both. We went to lowes 1st. Where they only have 2 white gas ranges. This place had over 15 options at a better price. The delivery and removal option was cheaper also. They even offered to let us order it and hold it free of charge no down payment until the new kitchen is done. Carla was a huge help she provided excellent service."
