Our team of six board-certified physicians specializes in Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. We are committed to listening to your concerns, identifying underlying problems, and providing safe and effective treatments. Meet Our Team:
- Dr. Christine Lepoudre: Chairman of the EENT/Facial Plastics Department at Beaumont Health - Botsford Campus, Assistant Clinical Professor at Michigan State University, and an expert in facial plastics, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, neurotoxins, and various cosmetic operations.
- Dr. Gregory Varjabedian: Assistant Clinical Professor at Michigan State University, teaching residents in Otorhinolaryngology and Facial Plastics. His research has been published in several medical journals.
- Dr. David Seel: Dual certified in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery, trained in specialized procedures such as EarWell, Airlift, and in-office Balloon Sinuplasty. He frequently attends conferences to stay updated on the latest technologies and treatments.
- Dr. Matthew Farrugia: Board-certified otolaryngologist specializing in head, neck, and ear surgery, including restorative surgeries for hearing loss. He is an expert in treating Meniere's disease and other balance issues and serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Dr. Shant Korkigian: Expert in diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat problems, with sub-specialty training in head and neck malignancies and advanced surgical methods in microvascular reconstruction.
- Dr. Ricky Sayal: Board-certified and double fellowship-trained surgeon specializing in comprehensive ear, nose, and throat care, as well as cosmetic and reconstructive facial operations.
- Dr. Keidar: Board-certified Otolaryngologist - Head & Neck Surgeon with specialized training in disorders of voice, airway, and swallowing. He has served as Clinical Faculty at the University of Miami - Miller School of Medicine.
- Darlene Reifel: Licensed Speech Language Pathologist with a master’s degree from Michigan State University. She has over 30 years of experience in treating voice, swallowing, head and neck cancer, and other neurological communication disorders.

"I have been a patient of Dr. Lepoudre ever since the late eighties or early nineties when she did my first sinus surgery. I was so incredibly impressed with her that I have sought her out every time I have needed an ENT over the years. I see Dr. Lepoudre regularly. She had me see the audiologist in her office and the audiologist redirected the crystals in my ears and fixed my vertigo. What a relief!! I highly recommend her and her office no matter what your needs are."
"Had a tiny(~1cm) fishbone stuck in my throat but fortunately swallowing didn’t hurt. Was able to book a 8:30 appointment the next next morning. Dr. Varjebedian was able to pull it out quickly (with the assistance of another doctor). 5 stars!"
"Doctor Farrugia was cold and uncaring. Just started spraying numbing spray in my nose despite saying I was scared and I was crying. I was not prepared to do that today and dealt with horrible traffic and had a bad day before. He did nothing to make me feel comfortable with the procedure and acted like I was inconceniencing him even though I paid $100 for this visit,drove an hour and waited months but sure I inconvenienced him. And by the way, it DOES hurt and it was really awful and uncomfortable. I didn't know if I could talk or move around, swallow, etc as he gave me no advice just started jamming it down my throat. I left the building in tears. please go elsewhere."
