"I found the floral suit that I'd imagined for an event, and was super pleased that it was available at an American company, with really responsive chat agents. Well, I should have known something was up when the site didn't have a size chart and the agent couldn't tell me any specifics. The site also didn't list fabric content, but I ordered anyway with the mindset to return if it didn't fit - because I reeeeeally wanted that suit! Nearly a week later I get an automated message telling me that my purchase will take to to 60 days to be delivered -i didn't have 60 days - and to choose another item from the site. I came to this site specifically because I didn't want to deal with ordering an unknown item from a China-based company. Fortunately, when I contacted customer service asking for a refund, they quickly completed it. So I'd give five stars for customer service, but one star for not being up front about availability or source of products, especially with the site specifically listing the location in Los Angeles"

"I have been searching for a Mother of the groom Dress for my sons wedding for a while now with no luck. Part of the problem is searching for Plus sizes that are fashionable and affordable. The Dress Outlet has both! The dresses are beautiful and high quality workmanship I was thrilled to find out from the website that I could make a 30 minute appointment to select a dress. My appointment was with Emanuel. He was amazing! He carefully listened to want I wanted in a dress, he brought me three of the dresses that I listed on the website when making my appointment. Emanuel was kind, patient and very professional. He didn't make me feel that I had to hurry and make a decision. He is truly a great representation of The Dress Outlet and the professional folks who work there. If I have another need for a dressy dress in the future this will be my first stop.
