ImpactLife, formerly known as Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center, is a vital health organization committed to providing life-saving blood products and services to over 120 hospitals across Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin. With a network of 23 donor centers and more than 5,000 blood drives annually, ImpactLife plays a crucial role in ensuring a steady blood supply for patients in need.

Special Call for Platelet Donors:

Through September 8, new platelet donors will receive an e-gift card or donation value of $70, while returning donors will receive $45. This initiative is particularly urgent for patients like our son, whose cancer treatment has left him reliant on weekly platelet transfusions due to low bone marrow production. Your donation can make a significant difference in his fight against constant bleeding and the need for regular blood transfusions. We can't thank you enough for your life-saving contributions.

Our EarlyQ Review process allows you to register, complete the donor questionnaire, and determine eligibility before arriving at the donation site. This streamlines the process, making it more efficient and convenient for you.

Equitable Donor Eligibility:

We are moving towards Individual Donor Assessment, which creates more equitable donor eligibility standards by using gender-inclusive, individual sexual behavior-based questions during pre-donation screening.
