"Saw Dr. Ruff twice and he put in the minimum amount of effort. He spent all of one minute with me, gave me some brochures and said "good luck." He didn't even look me in the eye and seemed to have no interest in helping me at all. The office also did not due their job by ensuring insurance would cover my procedures/tests and I had to spend hours on the phone with the billing office to get them to do their job."
"Unfortunately, I missed the window for answering the pressganey survey, but I am hoping this gets back to the office. I have been trying to resolve some health issues for the past two years. I had two EMGs with the provider I recently saw for an office visit to discuss these issues. My first EMG was about year ago, and he recommended that I get a neurology consult. My second one with him was in January, and I explained to him that all testing had been pretty negative, but that I had an office visit the next week. Before I left that from that procedure, he said, "don't worry, we'll figure out what's going on". My appointment with him got cancelled, and the next available appointment was 3 months away. During that appointment, I was told that I would not be doing any further testing, and was offered another medication, despite the fact that stronger, similar medications had already proved ineffective. After a year waiting for this appointment, the very least that could have been done was a thorough physical assessment. Whether you believe you are going to find anything significant or not. I deserve the benefit of his doubt. What's probably more discouraging than waiting a year to be seen, is having hope that he was going to try to get to the bottom of this. His assessment and effort were nearly non-existent."
"One of the worst experiences i've had with a doctor in my entire life. He came in and diagnosed me with migraines without even looking at my chart.I know this because they did not have access to any of my records. And I was to bring my records along with me but this man acted as if he knew everything and diagnosed me with migraines right away. Now mind you, I've already tried 4 different medications for migraines and nothing has worked, but he is dead.Set in this next medication is gonna do the trick. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me and then said see you in 3 months. No bedside manners this was absolutely horrific"
"This place is a complete joke nurses are overweight and lazy they care more about getting out to lunch than getting the patient seen wrong medication was called in. I don't live in state college and didn't get my procedure because of incompetent staff waste of time they care more about what the lobby looks like"
