"I've had all positive experiences with my blood lab work done at UA location. I drive an hour to get there and from the minute you walk into door greeted and helped immediately at registration. Blood lab was quick and efficient and polite. My only suggestion is to remove the 2 chairs right next to blood lab window. A woman was sitting right smack dab in the middle of your exchange of info with the lab workers ..not employee fault.just please move the chair immediately in front of check in window for privacy . I appreciate this lab is open Saturday til noon for those of us Monday thru Friday employed individuals."

"All the parking spots are full including handicap. Came here for lab work, went to the lab cause I needed lab work. Waiting line to be told I had to walk down the hall the register. Noone was at the desk. I stand at the empty desk finally someone shows up. A lady rushes out of the elevator jumps ahead of us. The person behind me calls her out for line jumping stating she was driving crazy in the parking lot. Apparently she went up stairs and was told to return to the registration area so I don't feel so stupid but the argument continues. Probably won't come back. They keep calling numbers out and no one is responding. While getting the needle and what not ready she paused and I look over to see her reading the text message display on her watch. NOT GOING BACK. Great view from the street!"

"UNPARALLELED INCOMPETENCE. LEGENDARY INEPTITUDE. Routinely lose/misplace orders sent by providers. I have a severe chronic illness and get routine blood work done a LOT here, and if I had a nickel for every time they misplaced or simply lost my blood-work orders from my providers, I would be able to buy my own lab so I wouldn't have to deal with their buffoonery. I have many providers across different hospitals and it happens to all of them, so unless all of my doctors are doing it wrong, the lab is to blame. I do not think I have had a single order come through without them having to search for it, or for them to tell me to call my providers etc. It is unbelievable. If it were not for my illness limiting my mobility, and the Martha Morehouse location being under construction, I would absolutely go ANYWHERE else."

"I had an excellent experience at this lab. I am post transplant, so my blood is drawn on an extremely regular basis. The staff were extremely proficient, I waited less than 10 minutes for my blood draw, and the phlebotomist was very kind and listened to my recommendations regarding my veins and which were easiest to hit. I am saddened that others didn't have the excellent experience I had, but I will use this lab every time I need outpatient laboratory."
