"Dr. Yourstowsky is a competent dentist. His front desk staff is the worst I've ever encountered at any medical office, ever. They are rude, unprofessional, sarcastic, snide, and to be perfectly honest just right down ignorant. They switched my appointment day, without my knowledge or permission, and then attempted to gaslight me when I showed up on the scheduled day. After I refused to agree with the lies they were telling about the appointment date, they finally admitted they switched my appointment but couldn't call me because they failed to update my phone number when I made the appointment. One of them found this extremely funny and giggled like a hyena while telling me she couldn't contact me to tell me they switched my appointment date because the old number was out of service. I guess it was too much effort to glance a few inches over to my email address and try that. Still believing I was dealing with rational people, I asked to update my patient information sheet while I was there so there wouldn't be any further confusion. That started a new game of gaslighting. With wide eyes and feigned confusion one of these characters said in an exaggerated confused voice, "I don't know what you mean? What do you mean update your information?" It was like playing Who's on first with the Three Stooges. I no longer live in the immediate area but decided to make the 1 hour (one way) drive to have Dr. Yourstowsky repair my crown because he placed it and had the medical charts on file regarding the crown. Instead of getting help I was unwillingly treated to a clown show by two of the most ridiculous individuals I have ever encountered. It truly was surreal. Dr. Yourstowsky I became your patient about 30 years ago, I believe. I remember when Pat worked your front desk. She sang your praises to everyone who came through the door and was abundantly kind, helpful, and concerned about every single patient who came to your office. You should truly be ashamed to have these two women representing your practice."
