"I see everyone complaining about the doctor requesting deep cleaning prior to doing other dental work. That's good dental practice. I didn't live in the Canfield area when I had my deep cleaning, but I sure wish Dr. Amber had done the cleaning. First, it changed everything for my dental good health. Second , my old dentist had me in excruciating pain during the entire process...especially the needles. He had the hygienist do most of the work. Dr Amber has been a blessing . She is knowledgeable, doesn't request procedures as a money grab and NO PAIN. I'm sure my prior dentist did a few root canals and crowns that were unnecessary. The doctor , hygienist and entire staff are wonderful...and I'm a big baby."

"They may have been good but I'll never know, I needed a tooth filled but unless I let them do a deep cleaning, they wouldn't even look at me. They said that's there policy, if that's there policy that's fine, I think they should of told me that when I made the initial call not after I got there and took off a half days work . They knew i wanted a tooth filled when I called, I'm guessing they don't tell you on the phone because once your there, your insurance is getting charged, probably labeling it a consultation or whatever, there's a reason they don't tell you... It's a win win situation for them, don't know that for sure but its definitely plausible oh well, on the search for another dentist and the anxiety that comes with it, thanks dr. amber"

"It's all about money! She wouldn't see me until I scheduled a deep cleaning . After that my crown came off then had to have the tooth pulled after thousands I spent on it. Didn't go back till I have a chip in one of my teeth. Such a bad experience,2 days later the filling came out. I decided not to go back to her ,good on my part because there was a large cavity in that tooth!!"
