"The repairman that came to repair our ac unit was great! Respectful, timely and clearly knew what he was doing! However, the woman that answers the phone was extremely rude. She pretty much called me a liar when I told her how hot our home was (I have a photo of the thermostat reading 80*). After that she went on to ask me 5 very technical questions about the AC unit that a normal person wouldn’t know the answers to. Super unprofessional and not the “small family business” warmth that I would expect."

One of the hottest days that we have had this year and the A/C at the new house wasn't working when we closed everything up when the movers left. It was over 90 inside. Several calls to Carla at Diesel's and she works a small miracle and was able to get Brian over late in the afternoon and within the hour of his arrival he got it running. Great group of people to work with. Office people, technicians and the owner are all very kind and courteous. Would recommend to any in the area needing heat/ AC work done."
