"Two problems: I cannot understand him when he speaks. I am sure he is a great doctor, but I would love to know what he is saying to me. The second thing: I had made an appointment with the sleep lab and needed to cancel, due to me falling. His office called and wanted me to reschedule with the sleep lab and never said if I didn't do it in a certain amount of time that I would need to see the doctor again first. I had my appointment all set up, and I find out another referral is needed and for that, I need to see the doctor again. So my sleep study is now canceled...again."
