"This was the worst dentist I’ve been to hands down. Their receptionist doesn’t know how to make appointments properly because I had one scheduled for February 8th, 2021 and when I went they told me I didn’t have an appointment and rescheduled me for, you guessed it, March 8th, 2021. So really, she wrote the wrong appointment time on the appointment card originally and i ultimately wasn’t able to be seen despite taking time off of work. Then I schedule my six month check up appointment and receive no reminder call or letter about the appointment and miss it. So I try to schedule an appointment today to be seen finally close to a year later, and they immediately say “we don’t take your insurance anymore you need to find a new dentist” when they hadn’t even asked me to update my information. I have new insurance and when I made them aware of that, it was still “you need to go someplace else” which is perfectly fine at this point, it was just rude how rushed off the phone I was. I’d never step foot in this dental office again. Horribly managed."

"I couldn’t disagree more with Linda Andrews (previous review) I’ve seen a dentist for years and had major issue with crown and fillings in the past. Dr. Rose was recommended by a friend and I’ve been with him ever since, along with my entire family! He has not only been professional and transparent with handling each of our cases but has help guide us through oral surgery for our 2 year old. I’d recommend this practice to anyone listening! Best teeth cleanings I’ve ever gotten!"
