"The team were friendly and helpful but my 2023 Canyon AT4 is still suffering from total Infotainment system failure after our second attempt to get it to function. The next step was to have the service team escalate the issue with corporate GM. Now at almost 3 weeks I have no updates or a plan to have the system fixed/replaced. While I really like the truck, probably the best midsize pickup on the market, when I drive my truck now the system is totally broken, just a black screen. No cameras, no NAV, limit radio…… thanks in advance for any help rectifying the problem, it has become a major issue in enjoying our “new” vehicle. Joe"

"Aaron went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle. He really listened to my must-have features as well as would-likes. He had no problem showing me all of the vehicles I was interested in, educating me on their features, and pointing me in the right direction of my needs and preferences. He in no way put pressure on me to choose a particular vehicle and did not rush me in my decision. Aaron truly wanted me to have the best vehicle - for me! "I tend to dread the car buying process for a variety of reasons. I was able to do a lot of research online and shared my plan with the team at North Star and not once did I feel pressured to make a decision or speed any part of it up. I feel that my wishes and requirements were respected and the overall process was really smooth. I really respect that I wasn't badgered and harassed about buy-ups in the Finance office when I was signing everything as I have been at one of your competitors in the past. I listened, gave my response, and we moved on. If more dealers were up front and honest about this stuff, as North Star was, this wouldn't be a notoriously hated process to go through!"
"I would give less than one star. We bought our Yukon 2021 brand new and had nothing but problems with it since day one. we had the car just a few months and around 8,000 miles we had to have the whole top of the motor replaced. And many more issues since then. The most recent problem he had is the whole entire sunroof started leaking out of all of our lights seatbelts everywhere and it was not just a few drips. Water was spewing out of everywhere. It’s creating mold in my car and you can smell it when you open the door. I am extremely allergic to mold. I get shots once a week for my allergies cause I’m severely allergic. I brought this to the attention of the dealership and they told me there’s nothing they can do other than detail it. This does not sit well with me considering it’s now a health issue. This is the feedback I got from the service manager and also the GM manager. Not to mention the water is all through my electrical system. I will be contacting BBB and also higher levels."
