"I never have had any issues with this location with my coffees but this morning my iced carmel craze was not even drinkable it tasted horrible like black coffee no flavor or sugar. And they weren't super busy even if they were it takes 1 extra second to make it right. I paid for it to be the way it should be so I was very unhappy with that. I would have much rather bought one somewhere else which is a shame because I love the carmel craze but it shouldn't taste the way it did so unfortunately I have to leave a bad review unacceptable."

"The location in cranberry is a thousand times better than the zelienople one. I pay extra for almond milk or cold foam… almost never has it when I get my coffee. The coffee itself taste like dirt no matter how much creamer or sugar is in it. My food is always either burnt or stale. If they are out of something they will charge u and still not give it to u. They are out of almost everything all the time. I always went to the dunkin in cranberry religiously for years and the dunkin in zeli has turned me into a Starbucks person. Would not recommend to anyone. And the parking lot is disastrous."

"From the start of entry is a parking lot from hell. There is about 1 car length behind you to get in and out. It's really hard to navigate. Service is just as bad. I have gone in 3 times and left with donuts once. It's the wait time to be greeted was 15 minutes. My latest adventure the guy acknowledged me simply by looking at me but wouldn't serve me. Weird, I just wanted donuts. I don't even like Dunkin but this sealed it. I thought a fresh new place would be different, it's worse."

"I recently moved back to Zelienople after being out of state for a few years and I was surprised to see a Dunkin on main street near all of the great small businesses we have here. The store looks good from the outside, pretty clean on the inside and unfortunately since a lot of the businesses we use are closed on Sundays, we have had Dunkin 3-4 times since we have moved back and each time has been disappointing. The coffee and donuts are never fresh - the way the icing looks, melts off and bubbles, you can tell they are at least a day old. My kids barely eat them which is saying a lot. I always get mobile order and every single time at least one thing is missing from the order. I was missing 1/2 a dozen donuts today from my order and had to wait in quite the line to get the rest so it’s not a fast service if you’d like everything in your order there and correct. While the convenience of having a coffee shop open on a Sunday we can walk to in town is nice, it’s not worth it."
