"We travel to BHS because of the poor quality of medical care where we live. BHS has numerous qualified professionals who treat almost any ailments. I had orthopedic surgery on my ankle, which turned out great in the long run. I forget the doctors name, sorry, but later I learned some of his patients were players for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Pittsburgh Penguins. Recently, last week 10/01/2023, my father had two spinal vertebrae fused by Dr. Scott Rainey, an orthopedic spinal specialist at BHS. As of right now, he is recovering well. As a family, we absolutely recommend BHS for your health care needs."

"Went in months ago to the ER for chest pains and a fluttering feeling. They had me wear a heart monitor and send it back after 7 days. On the 7th day I took it off and sent it back. They haven't found it or lost it, so I never got to know what was going on with my heart. They called several times asking if I sent it in, yet and every time I stated "yes, the exact day I was told to." Never heard back. They never found it. They never even asked for me to take another one and didn't even apologize for screwing around with my health. Thankfully I was my own advocate and took myself off a medication that was causing the cardiac issues. I'm happy it went away once the medicine was out of my system. Just imagine If it hadn't.. months went by and I still have zero answers. That's dangerous."

"I went there almost a year ago and was taken care of without leaving my vehicle. Results came back in a day or two. This month (December 2021) I was instructed that a referral for a test was submitted. At 11:00am I was told they close at 12:00 noon. There are no hours posted on web site for drive in testing. There has to be better communication for all patients of BHS."
