She paid full attention to our needs and exhibited quick thinking, ensuring we were able to get the tiles we needed before the store closed. She helped us in multiple sessions and guided us through the entire process. We were completely lost and wouldn’t have been able to make our selection without her. "This Floor & Decor has a nice selection, but we are disappointed in the service. We ordered 255 SF of tile, they put all of the boxes on the pallet and loaded it into my trunk. Upon getting home and unloading, we noticed there were at least 7 different shades and sizes of the tile! Why would they give us different tile? And no mention of this at the store either. We also purchased grout for our backsplash and the contractors said this type of grout will scratch the tile since the tile is shiny. Why would they give us sanded grout and not recommend the alternative which makes more sense for these types of tiles? Seems like there is no basic knowledge at this store. I am not a tile expert and rely on your workers to guide me since they are the “experts” who work at a tile shop. Please do better."

"We were lost. We picked out tile 3 different times and a week later changed our minds. Ashley helped us pick out a winning combination. She also helped us with options that saved us a lot of money. She did a great job and now ready to have it installed."

"Shop here a lot , use to have much better experiences before since this is part of my job Bought some glazed tiles that are different colors unfortunately, my installed installed them and the difference it’s only visible in natural light and not while having a work light on …. So I come by and show them pictures of the issue , and they said it’s my responsibility as a customer to go through the items to make sure it’s all the same , and this does not make any sense All the tiles I bought have the same packaging and barcode , unfortunately I had to cover my entire loss since they would not stand up for their product , very disappointing"

"I bought some porcelain tiles from this store and I was impressed by their inventory. They had a lot of different styles, colors, and sizes to choose from. The tiles were also high-quality and affordable. I found exactly what I was looking for to renovate my bathroom. The only downside was that the staff was not very knowledgeable about the products. They couldn't answer some of my questions and they seemed a bit confused. I had to do some research on my own to make sure I was buying the right tiles for my project. Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great selection of flooring and decor options. Just be prepared to do some homework before you go there."
