"No, I do not recommend Snow Brothers Appliance. We spent a lot of money with them to buy the appliances for our new home. In the first few weeks we had two issues with the appliances after moving in and we had to deal with Joe Pusateri. When our $3300 washer and dryer were delivered, the delivery driver did not install the dryer because he said it was not on the "invoice" to do so. When I got ahold of Joe, he kept saying it was not installed because our dryer vent was installed incorrectly. I spent 12 minutes on hold with him while he stared at a picture of the dryer vent, saying over and over again he had never seen a dryer vent installed like that and it wasn't his problem and to take it up with the builder and that I would need a "kit" but he himself could not tell me which kit, it was up to me to figure out. I explained to my builder what was going on. They've been building homes for 30+ years and have always installed their dryer vents the same way. The builder came over and installed the kit within 10 minutes, no issues. Second issue- I was able to use my dishwasher for 2 weeks before it started leaking. I again had to deal with Joe who informed me it wasn't his (Snow Brothers) issue and to take it up with the builder because they installed it and the reason it was leaking was because it was installed incorrectly by the builder. The builder came out and confirmed it was installed correctly so Snow Brothers finally sent out a technician who informed us that the tub would need to be replaced because when the dishwasher was manufactured, the tub was never sealed correctly. At this point I felt like we should have had a whole new dishwasher installed. It lasted a whole two weeks! You spend all this money on appliances through a locally owned business thinking you're going to get the best customer service but that was not the case. I've purchase several times in the past from Snow Brothers (Mike, but he retired this year). After my experience this time I won't be back, I am telling my parents who are building a home not to go to Snow Brothers. What's the point? Their customer service sucks, they don't stand behind their products. Joe you were terrible to deal with. Good day!"

"Snow Bros. did a wonderful job of fulfilling our six appliance order of 15 April 2024. We had the fortunate pleasure of working with Amy Lang in sales who exceeded our expectations for professionalism, courtesy, communication, attention to detail and most importantly for her timely follow up. Please request her if you need assistance with an appliance purchase decision. The sales price of our individual appliances was very fair when compared to manufacturer pricing. Snow Bros. Delivery and Set Up teams were professional, communicative and efficient too. You’re in good hands with Amy and Snow Bros."

"I will update this review as appropriate. We bought two downdraft ovens for over $ 7000.00 plus another $ 1,500.00 in install costs that was on us and separate. One oven had no problems. The other, had a small dent on top in a key area. Install guys were great, pointed it out, documented it, ordered a new one. The part came delivered to our house. I took off work to meet the repair guys since they only work during business hours. They unboxed the part to find it was damaged. Repeat this sequence of ordering and unboxing damaged parts....three more times! I missed work three times, and the 4th time I just called the repair guys to cancel our next day repair since I opened the box before the appointment. I called KitchenAid several times and Snow Brothers several times. I'm not making this up. The parts are shipped with little to no packing, and no one is willing to work past 5 pm. So as you can see, quality and customer service are well below par. I think the Ohio Lemon Law may be applicable here, but I hate to have to invoke that. Finally, since we had to cut granite countertops for the install...our trim job for the granite has been on hold for two months. After two months of ME, not Snow Brothers or KitchenAid trying to work a fix, I'm posting this to elevate the problem. Be warned. It's been another week, and after Snow Brothers said they would "call me back" that has not happened. I did receive another 3 boxes of the same identical repair part they cant get installed. I changed the final star rating from 1 to 4. This is to be fair, and give credit to the manager who stepped in once things got elevated. The challenge with the one oven was addressed in a fair manner."

"We purchased the GE refrigerator with bottom freezer and French doors, 27 cu ft. So far so good. I love the amount of space which will fit large or wider items like trays and large pizza boxes. We opted out of the outside ice dispenser which gives us room on both doors. Temperature adjustments are made to the degree so no guess work. The install was excellent! Anthony and Jeff did a fabulous job, very conscientious and careful, yet the job was done fairly quickly considering all that they did! We would definitely recommend them and are Very happy with the refrigerator!"
