Dr. Richy was thorough in his explanations and descriptions so there were no real surprises. He was also responsive to my feedback when I indicated some pain/sensitivity during the procedure (inflamed nerves sometimes require an additional topical anesthetic). Dr. Richy addressed my situation and made sure I was comfortable at every step toward completion. I was nervous and anxious when I arrived and left thinking "why did I lose sleep over this?"
