"I must say i was skeptical at first and was thinking can the program do that i have not tried before. Well, i am pleased to say that it has been 2 months and i lost 30 lbs already! Which is half of my weight goal. What i like about the program is that the doctors tell me everything what is happening to my body, what the body should be.
