"I purchased a Sharp under cabinet microwave in March. When we tried to install, one of the mounting springs popped off inside the unit. We could not mount because I was afraid to use... where is the spring? I felt it might be a danger to operate. Two months of back and forth between the store and Sharp. Needless to say, one call to Oscar's Appliance yesterday and 'Ben' was here today! Twenty minutes and it was repaired and he even installed it on the wall for me! The repair cost was very reasonable, fast, efficient and professional! Awesome job, Thank you BEN!"

"I tried to use a local dealer to get parts for my dishwasher but instead was met with someone uninterested in helping me at all. I have gone to Oscar's for years and found them to be my go to for parts but I guess I will use the internet from now on. I have a part with the part number stamped right on it, was able to look it up on the internet and find it easily, was told that it couldn't be the part number because he couldn't find it in his system, I asked him to look it up online like I did so he could see it, I wanted to buy it from him, he was unwilling or incapable of a simple internet search. Good luck staying in business, this is the second time I received bad service from there, it is my last attempt."
