"I was so nervous about my hand surgery I had a migraine and felt nauseous. The nurses and anesthesiologist made sure my concern was heard and took amazing care of me. I want to thank Alyssa and Dr. Bishop as well as Dr. Baratz and the other nurses and medical professionals that assisted in my surgery. You guys went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. The surgery went great and I woke up relieved that it was over. I really can't express how thankful I am to have been taken care of by such a wonderful team. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!!"
"Brent is Laughably arrogant with a god complex. “I know about gall stones more than most surgeons” - says the generalist. Jag off of a clinician."
"Had a mucoid cyst removed from my thumb at Tri-State yesterday. In and out in record time! Everyone there was very professional and friendly. The staff seems to really enjoy working there. I highly recommend them for surgical procedures."
"I had a procedure done under anesthesia on Friday and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! Everyone was so kind and so helpful in easing my anxiety. I feel like they all truly care about your well-being and making sure that you feel comfortable before going into your procedure."
"My husband went here for surgery for a hernia and I can honestly say that it was overall a really good experience from my perspective. The nurses and staff were wonderful and super friendly. We knew exactly what to expect with our finances and that went smoothly and there were no surprises. From the loved ones perspective and being the one in the waiting room, they kept me updated on every step with texts, phone calls, and they have a patient tracker tv that let's you know when your loved on is being prepped, in surgery, and when they're taken to recovery. It was nice to not have to wonder. The ONLY reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I did admittedly feel a little unprepared with bringing him home afterwards. I was given a sheet with aftercare instructions and his prescription. Thankfully his hernia was minor and small and therefore did not require stitches and was glued shut. I had asked the nurse about bandaging it and she said that it was not necessary but we could if we wanted to. I'm sure as many of you know that after surgeries they weep and bleed a little bit. Thankfully, I found that have a stock pile of gauze and tape at home so to save his clothes and to keep him more comfortable, we've been keeping it mostly bandaged for now. If I would've known, I would've asked for it to be bandaged and maybe asked for some bandages to take home with me. There were still some other questions I had but you're given a number to call and are told to call anytime if you have any questions so it is comforting to have that."
