"Beware if you go to dental plaza. I would never recommend Dr Richard Wilcko. When you need a procedure done always get your quote in writing. I was quoted a price of $530.00 for my procedure. Had the procedure done and paid my bill in full $530.00. Received an additional bill for $229.50 after the fact. Called billing dept.on 5/13/24 about the additional bill and she stated to me that my bill was $795.00. At that time she also stated to me that the $530.00 was an estimate and the girls made a mistake when quoting me. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. She also stated in billing that I should just pay my bills when she was questioned about this situation. On 5/14/24 I called the office manager about the situation. She stated to me my bill was $755.00 and I owed that amount. The office manager then talked with Dr Richard Wilcko about the situation. After that she called me back. Dr Richard Wilcko stated to her to write it off, cancel my remaining appts (the follow up appts from procedure I had done) and we will part ways. I had received that letter on 5/16/24 stating that. Dr Richard Wilcko never followed up on the work that was done. Last time I saw him he ordered me an antibiotic for severe swelling. Never ever followed up about the pain or swelling after giving me the antibiotic. Dismissed me instead. Great caring dentist. Beware when picking a dentist. Also bought there premium insurance plan that you can only use at there facility for $275.00 on 4/25/24 and it is good for 1 year till 4/25/25. REFUSED TO RETURN MY MONEY after dismissing me. So at the end of this you see all the different prices I was quoted. So at the end the billing department and the office manager couldn't keep their prices and stories straight. Say no more. Not the end!!!!!!"
