"I’m posting this as someone who’s super into skincare and has had facials elsewhere. I didn’t really enjoy my experience here. This is a fine “intro” facial for someone who’s never had one or doesn’t really need one (a child or teenager). But for me, in my mid-30s with lots of skincare knowledge, I wasn’t impressed. First of all you’re in a shared space (felt like a less private dentist’s office) and the walls are BRIGHT yellow. It’s not relaxing at all. That’s their vibe so it’s fine. They really just wash your face and move on if you don’t opt for any additional treatments. They use only their own limited skincare line so they can’t really treat a wide range of skin issues. And when I asked if the sunscreen they were using on me was chemical or physical, they seemed perplexed and confused by the question and unsure how to answer. Red flag for sure. Reddit is also full of reviews of shady cleaning practices so just do your research first. At checkout they’re SO pushy with the subscription which I did not like at all."

"I recently had my first-ever facial at Clean Your Dirty Face in Pittsburgh's Strip District Terminal, and it was an incredible experience! The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to. The space itself is spotless and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere right from the start. The staff here are amazing—friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain each step of the process. I was impressed by the range of affordable memberships, one-offs, packages, and upgrades they offer, as well as their selection of high-quality products. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Clean Your Dirty Face to anyone looking for a top-notch facial in Pittsburgh!"
"Cassidy was lovely and attentive when I told her about my skin concerns during the consultation! The atmosphere at clean your dirty face is inviting and fun. All the staff here were welcoming and kind, I got a 30min facial and felt that my skin was brightened and fresh afterwards, and no irritation! All the products used were soothing and refreshing. Will definitely be back!"
