"I purchased a used Toyota Sienna wheelchair "Ramp" van thru Garnon in July 2012. They said they were no longer associated with the company that did the conversion but could still perform service. In April 2013 I called Garnon requesting service for a problem with the van. They would not even look at it! They explained that the situation had changed since July 2012 and recommended that I take it somewhere else (Jamestown NY) for service. One reason I originally went to Garnon was to support a local business, a decision I now very much regret. I should have purchased a van from a REAL dealership."
