"Not very happy with the service I received. I don't care that they couldn't get the part! Just give us our money back!!! Called 2 Friday's ago for an endorser motor, was told it would be in on Tuesday. No problem, we paid for the part over the phone on Friday. Got a call Tuesday morning and was told the part was in. I drove out to pick it up and was told it was shipped to the Downtown store. Again no problem. I asked the man behind the counter to please call and check to make sure it was in fact at the Strip District location. When he called down, he was told it did NOT come in and was on back order till mid March! I ask for my boss's credit card to be refunded and was told I had to have the card in hand to refund it. Problem is my boss was on vacation in Florida. Made one phone call to another dealer and found the part and had it the next day!!! Not good service!!!!"

"Ever since the takeover and transition to a customer service department to locate parts. And the inability to discuss your needs with a trade professional. Trying to get basic information is similar to getting a root canal. 10/20/22- It be nice to talk to people that actually know the product line and don’t try to sell me a product I don’t need. You can’t even find my company. I guess this is the level of professionalism we can expect now from Johnstone . Dumpster fire"

"They refuse to tell me if they even had a part in stock unless I had a contractor account. I was calling around helping some guys doing work for me. The guys are either lazy and didn't want to look it up or they're just that "exclusive" that they can't reveal their parts in stock. I won't be calling there again. Found another local supplier that had the part and they will be getting my $200. Update to Owner Comment - I needed to know if a part was in stock so a contractor could purchase it. I was very clear I would not be the one purchasing. In a world where the customers are more involved I urge you to rethink your exclusive business policies."

"Don't waste your time here. They don't display very clearly that they only sell to contractors. Have to read the lengthy nonsense on their website that nobody will ever read and at the very end you will see this. All I needed was a capacitor and they wouldn't even bother selling one to me."
