"The staff seems overworked and not too happy about it. The Coldstone ala mode ice cream I got was not very good it was super extra sweet and tasted vaguely artificial, which is weird because they usually have quality ingredients. All in all, my $8 ice cream cone was kind of disappointing."
"I would definitely give 5 stars, but the reason I'm giving 4 is because of the new ways of picking up an online order. To me the whole point of online ordering is to avoid waiting in line. Before they would keep your order in the freezer for the customer to grab. Well now it is behind the counter. And they will take care of every single person in line before just handing you your online order. Soooo I might as well just wait in line and order in store. Completely defeats the purpose."
"Waited 25 minutes in line… ordered our ice cream and they put it in a cup and then they said it would be a 2 minute wait to make more cones- I told them that was okay and we would wait… meanwhile the ice cream is in the cup sitting there melting. It took Atleast 10 minutes for the cones. Then they proceeded to put the melted ice cream inside the HOT cones they just made. They served it to us like soup. Never going back."
