"First time ordering at Mama Mia’s and I will NEVER support their business again. The owner was nothing but rude on the telephone. You would think customer service would be a top priority for a local pizza shop in Erie, PA but apparently the owner would rather push his customers away than keep them coming back. I was placed on their banned list, which is fine considering I will not return nor recommend this shop to anyone."
"We ordered take out. The employee was very rude taking our order. Our ziti came with store bought meatballs, overcooked pasta and not enough sauce (which wasn’t good), further I was supposed to get 4 meatballs. I got 2, ate 1, yuck. The bread and butter arrived frozen. The side salad had 1 rotten cherry tomato cut in half with brown lettuce. The veggie basket was overcooked in old grease and came with the wrong side. My order was $40 and I tipped %20. Never again, I could’ve made better in 10 minutes at home for 1/4 of the price."
"I ordered over the phone and the lady who answered was very courteous and helped me out. I like my pizza a little on the well done side, and they don’t normally do it, but even though they said they probably won’t be able to they were able to hook me up because they didn’t have orders behind mine. It was close to the end of the night. I did have a decent wait, which they told me about upfront, and even gave me a call before it was supposed to arrive letting me know they were super apologetic, but it will be a bit longer. The transparency was super appreciated. The food was great! Have had nothing but good experiences with Mama Mia’s."
