"The kids love it here! The basketball court is right next to the playground, so it's very convenient!"
"We brought our 4 year old disabled son here with the thought that we would just take a walk on the little paved path since he’s in a wheelchair. He’s not able to sit independently or walk so we assumed none of the playground equipment would work for him. When we got there we saw the saucer swing and were SO happy! I was able to sit on it and hold him while my husband pushed us. Our son had the BEST time on the swing. We will absolutely come back this summer."
"This is a great park! They have basketball courts, softball/baseball fields, sand volleyball court and 3 ENORMOUS play structures!"
"Love the new renovations to the park! Something for every age! I love the shade trees, the picnic tables under the pavilion provide a nice view of kids at play, and easy access for snack time. There is a pavement sidewalk through the wood chips which makes it easy to move my stroller or wagon with me. I love the paved trail around the park property. Public bathrooms are a huge plus! Basketball court pickle, ball court and sand volleyball court are some of my grown-up faves!"
"Cute little park. Lots of shade and trees. There's a pleasant walk around the entire park. Surrounding the park are two busy roads- Ingram Ave and Foster Ave. Drivers don't always slow down or stop for pedestrians in the crosswalk, so please keep a close eye on your kids and the roads when crossing into the park. Sometimes you may be treated to a spotting of a herd of deer. The playground has been updated this year (2023) with new updates still coming! There's a pirate ship area for younger kids, complete with a treasure chest and rideable sharks on metal springs. For the older kids, there's a complete jungle gym with climbing walls, a climbing rope tunnel, and lots of slides. Word is that a play rocket ship is on it's way as well, although it hasn't been installed yet as of this review. The tennis courts are revamped into pickle ball courts and the basketball courts have been renewed. The TLC shown by the residents of Ingram really makes this little park shine. It's a community gem. Good work!"
