"Update: I had a great phone call with Dr. Schlitche shortly after talking with her office about the billing process. She was very understanding, explained the process, and apologized for not being able to clarify everything earlier, as she was unavailable. I really appreciate her reaching out, taking her personal time to work with me, and ensure I am getting what I deserve from her practice. She is professional through and through. She is fantastic, and I definitely recommend working with her on any issues you have. Original Review: What I liked: Dr. Schlitche is very kind and understanding. The office is very nice (they have moved to a larger space from their original office location, still in the same building just up a floor). I have had a few chemical peels as well (per the recommendation of Dr. Schlitche) with good results. My biggest issue, however, is their billing process. Do not expect to get accurate payment information when checking out. I have been told one price in the exam room and at check-out, but once they run it through insurance, it has doubled or triple. Trying to talk to their billings department on the phone is a waste of time too, they do not understand the billing process and only just repeat what you have listed on your "bill". Even their bills are without detail information from your visit, so you don't have much to stand on if you try to discuss with your insurance provider. I understand visiting medical providers can be costly, and I expect that and pay for quality service, but what I cannot stand is when I am told one thing, and then they do something else. Be sure to get all charges and procedures in writing before leaving the office. I am very disappointed in this practice, and hope they can be more honest in the future."

"Nice network of offices in the Houston Area. The doctors and staff I've encountered have all been helpful and nice. The office experience was quick and easy. FYI Parking is in the rear. There are a few reserved spots but parking is tight."
