"One of the very few one star ratings I've ever given. A friend and I went on a very slow day (maybe 8 other people in the restaurant) and the service was beyond slow. After over 20 minutes of waiting a server finally took our drink orders, and that was only because my friend asked someone twice to find a server. By that time we we ready to place our food order as well and did so. 15 minutes later our food and drinks came out all at once. Keep in mind I ordered a water. It should not take 35+ minutes to get a water. All of the food came out except for the pancakes I ordered, the server said they would be out shortly. After finishing our meals, (no refills either) we were brought the bill. I informed the server I still had not received my pancakes to which she went to the kitchen and immediately brought them out, which means they had obviously just been sitting there since they were specialty pancakes. No apologies were given, no one seemed to care, very very disappointed."

"Appitizer and food served at same time, server forgot our toast ($2.59 x 2 add on) and then brought the wrong type toast.. I asked to have the correct toast brought to the table, took roughly 5 min or so.. food was cold by this time.. the smoke house sausage tasted like a hotdog so no one wanted it, the server removed from the table but didn't compensate for the issues. Asked to speak to a manager, but there wasn't one on duty. The server didn't ask us for refills (drinks $3.49 each). The server did not display common behaviors such as asking how everything was or if we needed anything..the only time she visited was when I had stopped her to express the opportunities they had to fix our issues."

"I read recent reviews about this location but a group of 7 of us took a chance and came in for dinner last night. Our waitress was Sophia, and she was extremely kind, attentive, and detail oriented. Our food was great and was served quickly. We would definitely come back to eat here based on last night's experience."

"Very disappointed. First the waiter looked at me and my guy and grabbed 2 menus and walked towards a table. No greeting or anything. Then my food was cold. The entire plate. My eggs, hash browns and biscuits with cold clumpy gravy were all cold to touch. With an attitude he offered to microwave it. My boyfriend ordered the chicken and gravy biscuit sandwich. His sandwich was cold in the middle as well. The waiter didn’t have a care in the world. We paid our bill with no problem, but rest assured we will never return to this location."
