"Can't say enough good things about this location. I broke my phone for the second time in six months and the technicians were just as welcoming and efficient as they were originally. They quoted me 60 minutes but invited me to check back sooner. I came back after 45 minutes and someone greeted me saying 'welcome back, let me grab your phone!' and explained the repair that was performed. Thank you for dealing with me in a stressed out state of mind!!!!"
"I dropped off my laptop on May 28th and never saw it again. The technician on the drop off day said that it was probably just an issue with the screen and that it would need to be replaced. I didn’t hear anything for weeks until they informed me that changing the screen did not solve the issue and they were going to ship it off to their Repair Operations Center. This is where laptops go to die and I should not have let them ship off my laptop. I was not contacted at any point during the eight weeks when my laptop was under this company’s care with any updates and still to this day I have no idea what was wrong with my laptop. I would have appreciated a message or phone call to let me know that my laptop is unrepairable and in line for destruction. I entrusted this company with my device, but it is their “standard protocol to automatically destroy” people’s devices if they deem them unrepairable according to an email with a company rep. My laptop was replaced but I would have preferred a refund for the $380 that I paid for them to fix the screen and the opportunity to extract my research data from the SSD hard drive. Giving one star for their lack of communication and for “automatically destroying” devices"
"Positives First, My screen ended up fixed on the laptop that I turned in as well as my trackpad, (which I didn’t even ask about just an issue with drivers not being updated). I was told it would be 3 to 5 days and it ended up being a month, I checked in regularly and staff managed to order the incorrect screen twice before getting the correct model number And when the display came back, there was excess rubber, pushing the screen outward from the bottom of the display. It was obvious the pressure applied would have caused covenant damage eventually with the laptop closed and opened enough times (the deformation on the plastic holding can be seen in the picture) So I removed the excess with pliers, and the pressure on the screen was relieved. I am still incredibly frustrated by the delay due to negligence or miscommunication between staff on the screen model as well as the excess rubber that may have permanently damaged the laptop later. Please reevaluate staff communication between days about different models and ensure integrity on finished repair in the future for other customers. Thanks."
"Took 2 Samsung phones to have the screens replaced and they fjnished in under 2 hours. I was amazed. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, the process was smooth, and the staff was very helpful and friendly."
"My daughter dropped off laptop on a Tuesday to be fixed. Was told a part needed to be ordered, will take 3-5 days to be repaired and will not be more than $375. She called on the fifth day for an update and was told they forgot to order part. During this call she was also told it would be approximately $200-$300 to fix. After a few more calls the laptop was fixed the following Thursday and when she went to pick up the laptop was told it was $615 to repair. After I spoke to employee they charged her $375 instead. We were not happy with how long it took and the arbitrary pricing. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone else."
