During a recent visit to this store, there was this blond girl who was working at the time of my visit displayed rude behavior towards me. The interaction was unprofessional and left me visibly upset. I believe that it is essential for an employee to consistently provide excellent customer service, treating all customers with respect and courtesy. This incident has raised concerns about the reputation and image of the store. Employees must understand the importance of delivering exceptional service while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward all customers. I don't know if I will visit this store again. And it's a shame because I have rented U-hauls on multiple occasions, and I have never had any issues with the man who works there."
